- Functional and unique design features
- Concept, creativity and ability to characterize lifestyle to the target market
- Impact of furniture and accessories
- Signage and landscaping

- Completed online entry
- 12 digital images that best represent the project
- Floor and/or site plan
- Completed Budget Sheet
- For categories 15, 16, and 18 - 25 the project designer must be listed if they are a CHBA-CO member. (In the Design Credit box)
